“The work organised by ILS was a great help to me in taking on my new role. The preparatory research and engagement undertaken by ILS enabled my team to immediately action key objectives. Through an Action Learning approach ILS captured over 30 key learning points and responded in innovative ways to the challenges that arose. The project monitoring showed that ILS has a real grasp of working with partners and disadvantaged communities, and at the end of the day, they exceeded the outcomes set for the project.”

Whatdyareckon? The ILS ideas page.
On this page we want to initiate discussions. We want to gather and present ideas and initiatives. We want a dialogue with service providers and service users, to chip away the rough edges of those ideas and initiatives. We want to end up with something special – new approaches to problems, new solutions, new outcomes.
If you have any ideas to improve services for children, young people and families – ideas that would benefit from a collaborative approach – we’d love to hear from you!
